PRODUCTION TIMES

In Pilar MartinEz Jewellery, the average production time is up to 7 working days. Sometimes, I can finish the order faster but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time. If you need your order urgently, please contact me with your requirements before placing the order and I will let you know if I can meet your deadline. The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of the product(s) being individually handmade.

Care for your product by:

*keeping it in a jewellery box

*avoid wearing it while shower, working out, sea water etc

*use the cleaning cloth provided with each purchase to help maintain the silver clean (unless item is intentionally oxidised)

SHIPPING

We ship within UK and international through Royal Mail.

Pilar MartinEz Jewellery is not responsible for duty or broke-age fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Selecting expedited shipping during check out does not ensure a faster production time. Your product may still need up to 10 business days to be handmade.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Personalised and/or customised goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

If the item is on sale or discounted, the refund amount will be equal to the one paid by the customer at the time of purchase, which means, the price of the item including the discount or sale.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to admin@pilarmartinezjewellery.com and send your item to Pilar Martinez, Unit 30544, PO Box 7169, Poole BH15 9EL United Kingdom. Please confirm once item is sent by emailing me.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If your are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a track and trace shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time as long as the order hasn’t shipped. 

In the case of an order placed with specific requirements or customisation, there won’t be any possibility of cancellation.
