Shipping

I ship within the UK and internationally through Royal Mail.

Please note that the average production time is up to 7 working days (please refer to production times before placing an order). An email will be sent when your jewellery has shipped.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur in your country for customs clearance so please allow time for this process to take place.

SHIPPING METHODS

UK 

– Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – next working day

– Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For – 2-3 working days

– Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

– Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature

INTERNATIONAL 

– International Tracked & Signed – 10-15 working days depending on country

For International deliveries, please note that once your package leaves the UK, I have no way of tracking the parcel, the tracking often shows the parcel leaving the UK and then says handed over to delivery partner – the postal service in your country. 

CUSTOM DUTIES

UK –  there is no additional cost.

EU – Please note that any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country. You will need to pay the relevant domestic VAT / tax rate, applicable customs, plus your local authority’s handling charge when your item arrives.

Rest of the World – Sometimes orders are charged local duties, taxes and fees according to the country. You are responsible for these charges and we have no control over what charges your government applies. Please check your local customs department for more information.

PARCELS DELAYED OR MISSING

If your order has not arrived during time frame expected, please allow the following extra days before contacting me for lost parcel. It can happen that customs delays and order or depending on time of the year, it takes longer to deliver parcels so delays may occur. I can only ship out a replacement once the below periods have passed and if the postage chosen includes compensation. 

UK – 10 working days

EU – 20 working days

Rest of the World – 25 days
